Cancellation policy: You will be sent automatic appointment reminders from GlossGenius to your phone number and email address on file. If you need to reschedule your appointment please contact me directly as soon as possible to avoid late cancellation fees. If I am given less than a full 24 hour notice of your cancellation or rescheduling you will be charged to your card on file a cancellation fee of 30% of the total of service you were scheduled for or may be required to pay a booking fee of $25 for future appointments. No call/No shows with a card on file will be charged 50% of the total of the service scheduled and will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee of $25 for all future appointments. All $25 booking fees are non-refundable. If appointments are rescheduled 25+ hours in advance the booking fee can be transferred to the newly scheduled appointment. If notice given is less than 24 hours before the time of the scheduled appointment the client forfeits the booking fee and will be required to pay a new fee for future appointments. If you’re unable to make it to your appointment please let me know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid this cancellation fee!
